Higher education institutions are required to have adaptive visual communication strategies to effectively convey their institutional excellence and identity to the public. Problems often arise when promotional media are rigidly designed, have overlapping information hierarchies, and ignore user reading comfort. This study aims to design a booklet for the Faculty of Information and Creative Technology (FTIK) at Universitas Internasional Semen Indonesia (UISI) as a targeted visual representation medium. The methodological approach used is Design Thinking, a human-centered framework encompassing five iterative stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The prototype feasibility test was conducted through a direct evaluation session with faculty stakeholders. The results indicate that this approach successfully produced an 18-page digital booklet featuring a modern and dynamic design. The work comprehensively encapsulates study program profiles, actual campus facilities, and industry partnership track records through a clear navigation structure. In conclusion, the application of the Design Thinking method is proven highly effective in resolving institutional design deadlocks, while establishing this booklet as a strategic asset to strengthen the professional image of the faculty.
