Abstract

Digital transformation in the banking sector has brought about changes from conventional to modern business modules, one of which is submitting credit loans, which were previously done manually. The manual process causes various obstacles, such as the risk of input errors and loss of physical documents. To solve these problems, Bank DKI developed a web-based digital lending system, one of which is the customer data management module. However, testing of the module is required to ensure that the module's functionality runs well by the user. This study aims to test the functionality of the customer data management module using the blackbox testing method with the equivalence partitions technique. The results of testing this module showed 30 successful and three failed test cases out of 33, with a module effectiveness value of 90.90%. This indicates that the module is running well according to user needs but still requires improvement in input validation.
