Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Management Francise Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus Pada Kedai Ina Nusa)

The development of information technology has significantly influenced franchise business management, especially in managing sales data, partners, and menus centrally. Kedai Ina Nusa still uses manual recording processes, causing difficulties in monitoring partner turnover and managing menus effectively. This study aims to develop a web-based franchise management information system that helps administrators manage all partners centrally. The system has two types of users, namely administrators and partners. Administrators have full access rights such as adding partners, activating or deactivating partners, managing menus, and viewing sales turnover reports. Partners can only input sales data without access to modify menu data or partner status. The system development method used is the Waterfall method which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results show that the developed system can help make franchise management more effective, structured, and facilitate real-time monitoring of partner sales.
