The biggest and most common problem in relation to household problems is related to the division of inheritance, especially conflicts that often occur in inheritance usually regarding the heirs and the amount of inheritance distribution to each heir in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Regulations regarding this inheritance have been regulated based on laws and religion, the law of inheritance is the inheritance law that applies to people who die or the heir is a Muslim, then Islamic inheritance law is used as a reference, but if the heir is a non-Muslim (a religion other than Islam) then use the national law that applies in Indonesia. The community needs to know and understand inheritance issues regarding legal regulations and the inheritance distribution process, so there needs to be legal counseling to provide an understanding of inheritance to the community through Community Service programs. By using legal counseling and discussion methods, and providing legal consultation to the community regarding discussing the problem of the position of adopted children in the distribution of their biological parents' inheritance. The output of community service activities will be published through the Community Service Journal, Electronic Mass Media, and the Faculty of Law's Youtube Online Media.
