Ranuklindungan Village has great potential for cattle farming, but the quality of its milk and its market value are still low in the form of fresh milk. The objective of this community service program is to provide intensive training on the knowledge and skills needed to process milk into various high-value products (pasteurization and yogurt) in order to improve the quality of life of farmers in Ranuklindungan. The stages of implementing this community service activity are carried out through training in milk product diversification, which is expected to significantly increase farmers' income. This increase will encourage the village's economic independence and break the chain of poverty. This program is relevant to the national strategic issue of improving farmer welfare and food security. The implementation stages include a survey of village needs and potential, as well as intensive training and mentoring by experts in milk processing. The community service program in Ranuklindungan Village was successfully implemented. An analysis of the yogurt production business shows that although the initial profit per batch is relatively small, this business has good prospects for development. With an initial production capacity of 10 liters of fresh milk producing 45 bottles of yogurt, a net profit of IDR 38,500 per batch was obtained. However, when the production scale was increased to 50 liters with a production frequency of 2-3 times per week, the potential profit could reach around IDR 2.3 million per month. Conclusion: Community service in Ranuklindungan Village has been able to improve the economic conditions of its residents.
