Pelatihan Pengembangan Materi Ajar Listening dengan AI (Artificial Intelligence) Berbasis Deep Learning di Sanggar Bimbingan Wira Damai, Batu Caves, Selangor, Malaysia

Latar belakang: Pembelajaran listening dalam bahasa Inggris memiliki peran fundamental dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik, khususnya di lingkungan pendidikan nonformal yang beragam seperti Sanggar Bimbingan Wira Damai, Batu Caves, Selangor, Malaysia. Namun, aktivitas pembelajaran masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala, seperti keterbatasan materi audio, kurangnya variasi aksen, serta minimnya penggunaan teknologi adaptif. Tujuan: Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat internasional ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tutor dalam mengembangkan materi listening berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) dengan teknologi deep learning sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif, interaktif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan intensif, praktik pembuatan materi listening berbasis AI, pendampingan, serta evaluasi formatif dan sumatif. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada literasi teknologi tutor, kemampuan mereka menghasilkan materi listening adaptif, serta peningkatan motivasi peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran. Materi yang dikembangkan mampu mempresentasikan konteks percakapan lintas budaya, beragam aksen, dan tingkat kesulitan yang disesuaikan. Kesimpulan: Pembahasan menguraikan hubungan keberhasilan program dengan teori pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan collaborative learning. Program ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi AI deep learning memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran listening dan memperkuat kapasitas sanggar dalam menghadapi tuntutan pendidikan global.
