Latar Belakang: Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) berperan penting dalam perekonomian lokal, terutama di Surabaya. Namun, UKM menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja mereka, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan manajemen yang kurang efektif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku organisasi terhadap kinerja UKM makanan dan minuman di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei sebagai metode pengumpulan data, serta menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku organisasi terhadap kinerja UKM. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik atau manajer UKM makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Surabaya. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku organisasi, termasuk motivasi karyawan, komunikasi internal, dan kepemimpinan visioner, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM. Kesimpulan: Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa perbaikan dalam praktik perilaku organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing UKM di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.
